Master and Doctorate Programs

UNIP has Master's and Doctoral Programs recommended by CAPES in the areas of health, exact and human sciences.

The master's and doctoral programs aim to develop applied studies, conduct research, and produce knowledge that contribute to scientific advancement and the improvement of the quality of life in the country and in the world. The academic master's and doctorate programs are supported by scholarships from the Private Education Institutions Post-Graduation Support Program - PROSUP /Capes, which aims to support students in stricto sensu post-graduation programs offered by private higher education institutions, contributing to the formation and maintenance of standards of excellence and efficiency in the formation of high-level human resources, essential to the development of the country.

In compliance with articles 2nd and 3rd of Capes' decree No. 73/2022, the allocation of the scholarship and/or scholarship quota by UNIP's vice- dean of graduate studies and research, in the stricto sensu graduate programs in administration, communication, production engineering, environmental and experimental pathology, and odontology, will be offered to students/candidates from different geographic locations, considering the following criteria: lowest HDI, applied research, with relevant social impact and that privileges national development, expanding the country's intellectual production capacity, besides specific rules made available in each program's own announcement. To apply, the candidates must be aware of the PROSUP regulation, according to the Capes Ordinance no. 181, of 12/18/2012.
