Ementa

A disciplina aborda os conceitos de doenças infecciosas emergentes e reemergentes, bem como a importância das zoonoses no contexto da saúde única para o surgimento e ressurgimento dessas doenças. São explorados os fatores ambientais, demográficos, econômicos, sociais e relacionados às mudanças e adaptações dos microrganismos associados às doenças infecciosas emergentes e reemergentes. Além disso, a disciplina abrange a epidemiologia dessas doenças infecciosas emergentes e reemergentes.
